Lean Industrial provides CNC machining and manufacturing support for production parts and ongoing programs. Our capabilities are built around taking responsibility for work that benefits from repeatability, process control, and clear execution, while remaining flexible enough to support early-stage or transitional needs.

CNC Machining

CNC machining is the foundation of our operation. We run in-house CNC equipment to produce machined components for production, pilot runs, and job shop work when it is a good fit.

Our focus is on parts that benefit from stable setups, documented processes, and consistent execution. This includes work that starts as a one-off or early build and transitions into repeatable production over time.

We regularly support:

  • Production and low to mid volume machined parts

  • Pilot runs and prototype to production transitions

  • Dedicated setups for repeat or high-impact programs

  • Opportunistic large orders that justify focused machine time

Integrated Manufacturing Support

When it improves reliability or reduces hand-offs, we extend beyond machining into integrated manufacturing support.

This includes practical, execution-focused steps such as:

  • Design for manufacturability input before cutting parts

  • Fixturing and process planning to stabilize production

  • Secondary operations performed in-house or coordinated as needed

  • Finishing coordination to reduce supplier management burden

  • Packaging, kitting, or light sub-assembly when it supports delivery

Integration is applied selectively. The goal is not to add scope, but to make manufacturing easier to manage and more predictable.

Engineering and Systems Support

Our manufacturing approach is informed by direct experience designing parts, sourcing them, and owning the systems responsible for producing and delivering them.

That perspective shapes how work is quoted, planned, documented, and executed. Emphasis is placed on clear information flow, controlled changes, and repeatable processes so production does not rely on tribal knowledge or constant oversight.

Engineering and systems are used to support manufacturing execution, not as standalone services.

Scope and Fit

We are best suited for work that values clarity, follow-through, and long-term stability. This often includes repeat or growing production programs, but we also support job shop and one-off work when it is a good fit or helps move a program forward.

Volume can scale from small batches to large production runs that justify dedicated setups or expanded support. Engagements evolve based on what makes sense for the part, the schedule, and the business case.
