What We Do

Lean Industrial is a CNC machine shop and manufacturing partner providing machined parts for production and ongoing programs. We start with in-house CNC machining and expand the scope when it helps reduce hand-offs, simplify coordination, or improve delivery reliability.

How It Helps

Integrated manufacturing means more than cutting parts. We support pre- and post-processing steps such as design for manufacturability input, fixturing and process planning, secondary operations, finishing coordination, and packaging or sub-assembly when needed.

Why We’re Different

Our approach is informed by real experience designing parts, sourcing them, and owning the systems responsible for producing and delivering them. That perspective shapes how work is quoted, planned, documented, and executed so manufacturing is easier to manage and more reliable.

Where We Operate

We work best with repeat or growing production work, but we also support job shop and one-off projects when they are a good fit or help move a program forward. Volume can scale, including large production runs that justify dedicated setups or expanded support.

Manufacturing work is handled from our facility in Eugene, Oregon, with digital collaboration and onsite support available as needed. For larger or integrated projects, we can travel to ensure setup, validation, and hand-off go smoothly.
